How to adjust the size of an automatic screen printing machine?

　　1. Adjustment of platform and guide rail

　　The platform and the guide should be parallel and the squeegee should move along the guide. If they are not parallel, the squeegee will not always touch the platform with a certain pressure, and there will even be a gap. This adjustment has been adjusted before the automatic screen printing machine leaves the factory.

　　2. Adjustment of the parallelism of the guide, printing plate, and table

　　If the three layers are not parallel, the automatic screen printing machine can hardly work. Generally, the guideway or platform is used as the reference for adjustment.

　　3. Adjustment of screen distance

　　The distance between the screen and the product must be 2-5 mm. This is called the screen distance. Only when the screen distance is used, the print can be clear.

　　4. Screen and platform adjustment

　　The screen printing plate and platform should be parallel, otherwise, the distance between the screen printing plate and the platform is not consistent, resulting in inconsistent squeegee printing pressure, leading to deformation of the screen printing plate. Therefore, the flatness of the screen frame itself should be guaranteed, ÜJian screen printing generally requires users to put forward specific requirements according to their needs.
